When will my parcel be sent & what is the delivery time?
Yourpackage will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment.
Paid before 14:00: shipped the same day. Delivery time 1 to 2 working days.
Paid after 2 p.m.: shipped the next day. Delivery time 1 to 2 working days.

Will I receive a track & trace code?
Yes, as soon as the package has been scanned by the carrier you will receive a track & trace code on the e-mail address you provided.

I did not receive a track & trace code. What do I do now?
Youhaveordered & paid before 14.00 hours: You will receive the track & trace code before 18.00 hours. If not, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Have you ordered & paid after 14.00 hrs: You will receive the track & trace code the next day before 18:00. If not, please check your spam folder or contact us.

I have ordered by bank transfer, how long is the delivery time?
Ifyou have placed an order and selected the payment method "bank transfer", the delivery time may be longer. Bank transfers can take 1 to 2 working days.

Once we have received your payment, you will receive a payment confirmation from us.
If we receive your payment before 2 p.m., we will ship your order the same day.
If the payment is received after 2 p.m. your order will be shipped the next day.
